Refined storage exporter not putting seeds in

Had a lot of cabbage sees from farmer's delight. Used an exporter from refined storage to export cabbage seed into the breeder, and it does not put them in, does work with normal seeds, however. Tried using a hopper and that puts the seeds in, and it allows the chickens to breed
