I'd like to suggest changing the category of the Otter. Either that or changing the spawning like asked in #40

Currently it's really easy for a lot of Otters to spawn and eat up the entire Water Creature mob cap causing Dolphins and Squids to be really rare. Knowing the cap for that category is 5 and the otter spawns with a min count of 3 and max 5 meaning if you're unlucky a it can spawn and fill the entire cap.

I can confirm that this is an actual issue, on a server I set up a command block killing the otters and my log is now being spammed with a silly amount of otters, alongside that ever since the command block was set up I am suddenly noticing squids spawning.
