1. Reduce your health to 1 by being attacked by a monster.
2. eat a monster lesagna
   The above steps will display the non-localized Death message.
   It is expected to occur with other types of deaths as well.

I'm not familiar with English or issues, so if there's anything else I should say, please let me know.

I cannot reproduce this.

I don't know which version of Forge 36.28 is, so I used the latest version of Forge (36.2.19) that applies to 1.16.5. I use the same version of the mods as yours. I still can't reproduce the bug, even in a Japanese environment.

I do wonder why, maybe it's your version of Forge? What about trying to update Forge to the latest version?

We think it needs to be right after the attack.
