I don't think you are working on the 1.16.5 anymore but I'll still give a try :
I made a modpack on this version and people who play on servers come back to me with some issues they encounter that make the game crash. It looks like an issue with a bad character in crockpot food category fish

Thanks to @SeraphJACK , I have a better understanding of the issue. This problem is likely to occur in all versions, and I will synchronize the fix to all versions, including 1.16.5.
