Describe the issue
I would like config options for controlling villager trades added by this mod, and a value to increase fruit tree fruitness, and cause more fruit leaf blocks per fruit tree.

as a first attempt at part of this, i've exported the trees into json files, so anyone can configure how they want the trees to look now, even beyond what percentage of leaves will be fruit bearing d317fc3

Maturation speed multiplier for various crops, and especially for fruit tree leaves, would also be very nice.
