Fruit regrowth requires pollination

Description of your suggestion.
Fruit is too OP and way too easy to farm and just get all the food you ever want. After seeing the mod "blossom" I'd started to think maybe that's what croptopia needed. After all it is not realistic for fruit to just grow back without the proper pollination by bees. This'll provide additional incentive to farm bees as well.
As a part of this, increase the time it takes for fruit to grow back by a factor of 2x. This'll make croptopia significantly more balanced and fair.
