Description of your suggestion.

I offer to make leaves of trees possible to collect with shears/Silk Touch enchant. It's diffucilt and inconvenient to collect fruit from high trees. or just cut down trees (you need to spend some fruits and time for saplings, lose endurance of axe, etc). If there was an opportunity to collect leaves, we can build low trees or something like bushes, with our own hands.

I've also been thinking this would be a pretty nice addition. It would make it easier to create more accessible/aesthetically pleasing farms.
