What happened?

This is identical to a bug that was patched in version 2.2.3, however, in 1.19.2 instead of 1.20.1. This is just a notice that the bug exists in 1.19.2 as well and needs to patched in the next 1.19.2 version, if it isn't already in the process of being patched.

Also yes, it really is identical. Clicking on the fruit tree crop block only works occasionally and doing with an item causes it to drop nothing.
