can't harvest fruit from trees and Saguaro not spawning

What happened?
When trying to collect fruits from trees by right clicking nothing would happen, i tried taking out my other mods and using it buy itself to see if anything was interfearing with it but i still had the same issue.
When in the desert searching for Saguaro, i could not find a single plant spawning no matter how far i traveled in the desert. i went to different deserts in the world to see if there was any there but still nothing. i even tried a new world to see if it was a fluke but even that world had nothing.
