What happened?

I have an issue to get the root advancement of croptopia
I don't get it even when i fullfill the requirements

For me it's seems to be due to
the json of the advancement
File of the advencement
On the file we can see that the advancement check if our inventory change with a item with tags
"minecraft:hoe"
But the actual tags of hoe are
"minecraft:hoes"
