Make sure you are not opening a duplicate.

I have searched the issue tracker and did not find an issue describing my bug.

What happened?

As my title says, if I were to use a crafting recipe that use a utensil like the frying pan or cooking pot, the utensil vanishes as if it got "used". Strange that it is happening now. Can someone look into that please?
