tick the show incompatible files toggle and see if a compatible install is hiding there. CF been acting wonky the last few weeks

4.2.1 should give a better error if epherolib was missed now

Is epherolib installed? I had the same issue but installing epherolib worked.

epherolib is installed on my end, so not sure why this is happening

ok so I was looking at the wrong instance, went to the correct one and installed epherolib and now its just enderite mod not loading correctly

I don't know why it isnt a dependency. That error is then probably a loading order problem. Try this: go to config/fml.toml. There should be a dependencyOverrides = {} option. Add croptopia = "+epherolib" inside the curly brackets.

Oh i didnt see your comment. The loading order problem is still good to fix as it (for me at least) sometimes happens and sometimes doesn't.

agreed. only reason im bug reporting this week is bc im trying to get the 1.21.1 version of my modpack out of alpha state
