It happens with every seed I tried, if I plant a seed and immediatly destroy it, it gives back the original fruit like it was a mature crop. I have some farming mod installed, I can't say if it's a compatibility problem.
The crops still grow as intended, but this bug cancel the whole point of farming.
I'm playing in 1.21.1 and using Neoforge.
