On a fresh install in the modpack Craft to Exile, When breaking blocks, such as iron ore or Andisite, only the vanilla blocks drop, not the crushed result I was expecting, such as crushed iron or andesite gravel. I tried this over 128 times with iron ore and tried raising the config chance on iron ore from 100 to 1000, but I only received exactly the same 64 iron ore blocks I broke.

I thought this might be a conflict with the pack Im running, Craft to Exile, I also tried it in a a vanilla compatable fabric pack Fabric of life, , which is as close to a stand alone install as I can get to work, but the same issue persists.
