Ability to make mobs spawn at a Crying Obsidian Block when they die

Was suggested on Curse.
How it should work:

  1. You click on a mob with the Crying Obsidian Item.
  2. You click on the Crying Obsidian Block where it should spawn.
  3. When the mob dies, it spawns at the Crying Obsidian Block.
