I'm having a similar problem within my modpack Telkit. However, my issue is with active terminals, and I do not have Better with Mods installed.

AE2 doesn't integrate with CTM that I know of. Not sure how we're involved.

I remember the issue occurring right after I added Chisel to the pack. CTM and AE2 by themselves never produced any problems as far as I know.
