Describe the bug

To Reproduce

1. Unlock a safe/padlock
2. Insert some items
3. Lock the safe/padlock
4. Place a hopper below the safe/chest
5. Cry as your formerly secure items drain into the hopper

Expected behavior
Items should not drain from locked inventories. I assume this also applies to other mods’ item movers like Create’s chutes and funnels, but I have not tested it.
