You can open any locked thing with padlock with any key

Describe the bug
When having locked chests and other things like enchanted tables (not safe) you can open them with any key
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Lock a chest
- Craft a unrelated key
- The chest can be opened with this key even if its not linked (right click chest not padlock)
