Description
Gnomes that are far away despawn, they do not reappear when you go back to their location.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Load up minecraft with the mod
2. Open a test world
3. Place a statue down and spawn a gnome on it
4. Fly up ~130 blocks above the gnome
5. Fly back down

Actual Result
Gnomes are not there, and the gnome statue blockstate still says 5

Expected Result
The gnomes are still there where I left them.
