Description
When gnomes mine 1 ancient debris block, they get drop 2 off at the altar, duping it.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Place down gnome statue and spawn gnomes
2. Place 1 ancient debris nearby
3. Wait for a gnome to break the debris

Actual Result
The gnome breaks the ancient debris and drops 2 off at the altar

Expected Result
The gnome only gets one ancient debris, since its a full block.
