What happened?

All accesories from vanilla curios slots disapeared

2. Middle-click any slot

Items, I found out that items in belt slot not disappearing. Slots not disappering. Not sure about mods, but I had Items from "Sophisticated Backpacks", "Iron's spells and spellbooks" and "Create"

I'll need a bit more information, do the slots disappear or the items in the slots? Does middle-clicking any slot make them all disappear? What happens when they disappear, does it glitch or does the entire menu disappear? Does this happen if you only load Curios and one or two mods that give curio items?

I see some errors from the Essentials mod, so try removing that and see if this issue persists. If it does, I would then suggest loading only Curios and Sophisticated Backpacks and no other mods and see if the issue persists. If it doesn't, then it's a conflict with an unknown mod in your mod list and you'll need to isolate which one it is.

Just to add, on a pack where Create and Botania are present, for example, if I have equipped the Ring of Magnetization in a ring slot and the Create Goggles in the head slot, middle clicking the ring of magnetization makes the Goggles disappear from my head slot (I do hear the "Ring Equip" sound)

Instead if I equip on my head slot the "Groucho Glasses" from Botania, and middle click the Ring of magnetization, my Groucho Glasses do not disappear. So maybe it's something that only happens with Create items?

Not sure, just wanted to post this to add more information so it's easier to trial and error and detect where the issue comes from.

PS: Still pending will try to do some tests just with the mods I mentioned, and nothing else.

Hmm, since you mentioned middle clicking, this makes me wonder. Does that activate some sort of sorting feature in your modpack, specifically from the Inventory Sorter mod? There's a known issue with that mod causing items to disappear in various inventories, including Curios, so that could be related if not the cause.

We have in the pack Inventory Sorting with middle click. This comes from Inventory Sorter by cpw.

But can confirm that items don't disappear with just Curious, Botania and Create. And neither they do with Inventory Sorter added. So I guess as an issue, it's not a Curious thing on it's own.

So then I though about what else deals with inventory stuff on the pack and figured out the cause. It's Inventory Essentials. When this is added the item in the head slot does disappear.

PS: With just Inventory Essentials it doesn't happen, it's only when both Inventory Sorter and Inventory Essentials is present.

Will post on theirs Issues trackers and direct them to this post to see what they can do.
