What happened?

I’m using Forge 1.19.2 with multiple mods installed. I’ve noticed an issue where equipping any Curios item causes a visual glitch. When I equip any Curios item, the display flickers constantly, consisting of structure-void-like blocks or armor stand entities. The only temporary fix I’ve found is toggling the vanity off in the inventory, but the problem comes back soon after.

How do you trigger this bug?

I'm currently unable to reproduce this issue, even with the addition of "Dynamic Lights" as mentioned above. Can anyone share any specific curios (and from which mods) that caused the visual glitch to appear?

Im currently having this issue with the white void circle with x in it flickering infinitely while having anything on a curios slot togged on for visibility. Turning visibility off stops the symbol from appearing. !.20.1 game version on forge 47.4.2, curios api version 5.14.1+1.20.1, Using rings of ascension by focamacho, and backpacked by mrcrayfish, the rings and backpack both cause the void symbol when visibility is turned on. My server is also using the server sided dynamic lights by Tschipcraft.

No idea about any of the other mods but I had this problem too on 1.20.1 latest version of curios and when I disabled dynamic lights as above suggested it worked just fine
@TheIllusiveC4 Keep in mind that this is a funky ass bug where it doesn't appear on game load - I had to play the world and explore, get iron, mining etc until I had about 4-5 chests full of stuff until it started appearing.

Hi! Just quickly chiming in. No one has reported this issue until now, and I personally haven't experienced it. However, I can see why this could happen with my project installed.
Entirely my fault and nothing to fix on TheIllusiveC4's end, sorry for the trouble!

The cause in my modpack was the "Dynamic Lights" mod by Tschipcraft.

Removing it fixed the issue of a flickering "structure void" texture under the player.
