What happened?

This bug has been haunting me and i'm confused Im unsure if this isthe correct mod for the phonomanon for neoforge but i have artifacts and relics with curio installed and there is this odd bug thats really agitating and messes with the function of the equiped artifacts as they duplicate visually and kinda just stop working with the ability they give such as the cloud in a bottle double jump stops working until these “Items” vanish and return into the slot that they technically are still in the owner of Relics already said he was unsure about it

Also apperantly if your inventory is full they are just delated...

Do you know if this bug occurs with just Relics/Artifacts and Curios by itself? Also, which versions of Curios and Relics/Artifacts are you using?

both the latest versions of both i been fiddling with it for 2 days i usuanlly try to keep things up to date to insure bugs or patchs are fixed it seems to happen when adding extra slots to curios
