Shift clicking a curio doesn't prioritize non-cosmetic slots

Observed Behavior:
When shift clicking a curio, if there is an available cosmetic slot before the first available non-cosmetic slot, the curio will go in the cosmetic slot.
Expected Behavior:
Shift clicking should prioritize available non-cosmetic slots.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Enable cosmetic slots and make sure there's at least 2 slots
- Put an item in the first non-cosmetic curio slot
- Shift-click a curio compatible with both the first and second slot.
