[Bug]: Accidental player corruption

What happened?
I had used the remove slot command for the talisman slot for the relics mod, and I accidentally took the belt off. For the mod, by default, you don't have any talisman slots but you gain an amount when you equip any of the belts from the mod. Doing this crashed my world and then left me with this error. I tried using nbtexplorer to manually readjust the talisman slots value back to 0, and even 1 since it had been left at -1 which was the origin of the error. But still, nothing, just giving me the corrupt player data error when I try to join my world, then erasing my world from the single-player list and only appearing after I reset my game again. If there is any way of fixing this it would be a huge help. (ALL OF CREATE MODPACK used with the added mods "Relics, easy villagers)
How do you trigger this bug?
1.use upgraded drowned belt from "relics" mod
2. use command /curios remove talisman @p
3. remove belt
4. woo hoo game corruption!
