Curio slots don't get added on servers

Versions:
- Curios: 1.16.3-4.0.2.0
- Forge: 34.1.0 & 35.0.7
Observed Behavior:
Clients playing on servers don't have any curio slots in their inventory
Steps to Reproduce:
- Create a server with Curios and either a datapack or a mod which adds curio slots (I used Artifacts 1.16.3-2.6.0)
- Join the server and open the curios inventory
