Random entity textures

I am aware of at least one mod that can do that, but since this mod handles entity models as well, maybe you'll also consider adding that feature.
The way this mod and a good random entity textures mod give entities textures is controlled in two separate parts of the game, which makes it out of this mod's scope. Sorry!
