trying to prevent projecte boots speed effect with no luck

all FOV effects seem to still be in effect after changing settings to 0.1

not sure how they make the effect work but even setting the sliders to off in the video options has no effect

not sure what to do
any advice

After testing the exact opposite of what I did first
I works now there is no FOV effect happening
as it seem setting it to a larger number fix the boots effect rather than trying to disable it

can you remove this
