Custom capes move downwards when you press the Sneak/SHIFT key

Mod version - Fabric-1.21 v0.6.19a
Minecraft version - 1.21.1
I tested this bug using only CustomPlayerModels and Fabric API.

Custom capes created using "Add Parts" will move downwards if you press the Sneak/SHIFT key. This makes the cape clip through the player's body.
