Suddenly this started happening, minecraft version 1.21.4, mod version 1.21.4v0.6.22a-fabric, plugin version Bukkit-0.6.22a

The placeholder cape appears on players without model at certain angles, and at random

No logs associated with the bug on client, checking server

I think i know what the problem is

when the user puts a cape part on their player model, it renders the placeholder cape on others sometimes, it fixed when i removed the cape from my model
