anytime I try to equip the resource pack it'll say "Resource Pack failed" and disable every other resource pack.

This isn't resource pack issue.

Dramatic Skies works perfectly fine by itself (can't use Optifine because of mods) but anytime I try to use Skyboxes with it, it fails.
