Littleskin Skins won't load when playing Minecraft with specific login

My friend got a problem on my server. We use littleskin because it got support for HD skins. The problem is skinloader for some reason doesn't load any skins only when anyone joins under his login. It was working fine with same mod on Forge before.
To clarify - when he/me joins game under his nickname, game won't load skins for anyone (even in single player).

But again, change login and everything works perfectly. Can anyone help? I was trying to fix it for 2 hours and even digged Chinese forums - 0 result.
It's seems your Java version is too low. Please update Java to 8u101 or higher.

NOTE: You may need to specfic the path of Java manually in your launcher settings after updated Java.

Alright, here it is.
There might be traces of our tests. We changed logins and cleared cache/other folders quite frequently trying to fix this problem.
