[1.11.2] Tough as Nails/Botania integration either incomplete, or inoperable.

not sure if this integration is complete, but it seems like it's supposed to be.

I am unable to find any "sweat" or "Blubber" cyberware items in JEI, and none of that drops in-game.

Update: upon further testing, the integrations do not work for Botania either, updating title to reflect this
