Looks like it may have just been released today. Adds a device that lets you do a pulse scan for a configurable type(s) of thing(s), with a configurable distance using modules.

Perhaps with the cybereye augment allowing for triggering the pulse, and using the modules in the head/brain area.

Each pulse would take a set amount of power of course.
