I added Cyberware to the direwolf20 pack and the icons of like your heart or implanted parts don't show up in the robosurgeon. You can hover over them to see they are there the model is just hidden. If I hold the item halfway in the box you can see half of it. http://imgur.com/a/bsobt (you can see the muscle half hidden by the box)

I have this problem as well, however in the summary box that shows all organs and upgrades on the main robosurgeon menu, all icons are still visible

Just want to report, I'm also having this issue. I can furnish a mod list if desired, but it's basically the most recent DW20 pack + Cyberware and Advanced Generators.

It's happening for me in Skyexchange. Really annoying.

I've looked into it a bit but haven't yet found the source. Apologies for those who are still being affected by the bug. I'll continue my efforts to fix it.

Having the same undocumented surprise feature (bug) let me know any details you want like version numbers if needed (at work but can furnish you with them after work if needed)
