Mod name: Just Mob Heads

Feature description

The Tinker's Construct mod has cleavers which have the "severing" modifier also added by that mod. It that can be used to obtain mob heads such as skeletons, zombies, blazes, and other hostile mobs. I think it would be a cool idea to add compatibility (or at least a config option) that makes mob heads only drop when using that modifier whenever the mod is present.
