Disallow extraction AND allow placement.

Since you closed my bug report #287 and say its intented.
I thought lets make dank null better and add a feature request.
Lets say you go mine some time and come back and want to place the thing on the dock to suck all items out of it... currently it would absorb ALL the cobble, stone and so on in your system. (if you want to place blocks)
Since we already have a "extract till X" AND "place till X" option it wouild be very nice if these systems acutally worked.
So lets say i put cobble on DO NOT extract and PLACE TILL 1.
-> I can place now blocks till i have only 1 left
-> it wont extract on dock
Currently setting it to DONT extract means you cant place blocks, which makes no sense.
Thanks!
This is actually how I expected it to work, given the two existing options regarding extraction and placement. I like to keep torches and cobble in my dank when I'm out exploring, but I don't want them to be extracted when I dock it back at home. For one, because I don't want to have to handle routing cobble and torches in my unloading logistics, and two, because I actually want to keep them there for when I go back out.
Disallowing extraction should only affect what happens at the dock IMHO.
I have to completely agree with this, wholeheartedly. I also understand the logic in saying that placing is a form of extraction.
But if I have a Dank Null with hundreds of thousands of some waste block (say cobblestone) that I'd like to use as building materials while out exploring without having to worry about overwhelming my storage system with all of those blocks when docking to retrieve the ores... that's a problem being caused unnecessarily by the aforementioned logic.
Perhaps the intention to use have users have multiple Dank Nulls. One to be docked, the other to hold waste/building blocks? Either way, I think at the very least a config option to toggle the placing == extraction logic would be a huge quality of life improvement.
