Dank Null occassionally replaces armor piece cosmetically

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Wear full set of armor
  2. Have Dank Null in Inventory
  3. Occasionally during play, one of the armor pieces (normally head or chest will get replaced by a duplicate of the dank null). This item will show as the same item when hovered over. However, if you disconnect and reconnect to the server.. the item returns to its normal appearance.

Risk is that a player will think they have lost the item and take it out of the item slot.

Was this tested on Single Player or Server (or Both)? Server

Was this tested with just Dank Null installed, if not what is the minimal set of mods to cause the issue? Havent tested it yet by itself, due to time it takes to have the issue occur. May do so soon.
