As the Creative Dank Null is meant to be used in mod packs in which it requires creative resources, it should also have a blacklist so people can't easily make another one or other creative items by duplicating said creative resources with it.

also add a 'locked' boolean NBT tag so that the item cannot be changed (this is just for me)
