Danks with locked items are not leaving 1 in the dank so stuff isn't getting picked up by the filtered/or void option

I have several danks that are using the yellow filtered option or the red void option. My dock is hooked up to my drawer controller (Functional Storage 1.19.2-1.1.3) via mekanism logistical transporter (1.19.2-10.3.8.477) so everything that has matching drawers gets unloaded. For some reason it is pulling out all items instead of leaving 1 item behind for the filter which means that when these items get picked up, they go into my inventory instead of the danks. This basically makes the dock useless.
Yes, the slots are locked with a red background, and even though it pulls all the items out, when I look in the dank it still looks like locked items, but if I preview the contents by running my mouse over it, it shows up empty and nothing gets picked up.
