Anchor Plate with a Shulker is glitchy

If you get a Shulker onto an Anchor Plate it will try to constantly teleport (roughly every tick). Only to be forced back onto the anchor plate.
This mostly works but causes an insane racket and likely more lag than really needs to be the case. I wonder if you could catch the EnderTeleportEvent and cancel it in this case?
