@0dikpah Make sure all of your mods are updated, and also be aware that Forge for 1.12 just came out of Beta stage, so there are bound to be game-breaking or game-crashing bugs.

In any case, my crashlog may be relevant to Dark Utils in particular.

Seems as though there's a problem with this method, which is throwing a Null Pointer Exception. Maybe it's where you're declaring your item variable?

This is related to forge coming out of beta stage and having several breaking changes. I have updated, and released 155 which will fix this issue.
