I'm using discord integration version 1.1.8 for 1.12.

With DESCRIPTION_UPDATE_DELAY set to 10000, the channel description seems to update every 10 minutes, but I expect it to update every 10 seconds. What is going on? Could I safely set it to 167, which would be roughly every 10 seconds?

Or, is this option not to set a fixed interval?

EDIT: even with 1000 it's still every 10 minutes so clearly my "milliminutes" idea is wrong.
