What happened?

• On load without having the config file configured, it causes the server to crash the instant DI is loaded up after the overworld is loaded.

What should happen?
-The server should start up without crashing even if the config file for DI is not fully configured yet

Steps to reproduce

• create a server
• add DI for 1.16.5 to the server
• Start the server
• watch the server proceed to crash because the config is not filled out
