• Server shouldn't crash

Steps to reproduce

• Start up the server
• Edit the Discord-Integration.toml
• Run /discord reload
• Observe the message Config reloaded but failed to properly restart the bot
• Observe the server crash

I am looking at this already as it is an longer-existing bug. Still found no fix for it tho
