I have a single channel that bridges multiple servers for cross-server chat. This requires that each bot have it's own unique command prefix. It seems to take quotes (both double and single) literally, but ignore trailing spaces at the end of the line.

I'd like to achieve something like this:

S:CMD_PREFIX=/cc2017-1

So the command is /cc2017-1 help
