You are instantly disconnected from any replay in which you die. Log file provided below.
There is a small chance that this is an issue with Replay Mod, but I thought I'd post here in the case that it's an issue with this mod.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Record in any world/server with DeathLog and Replay Mod enabled
2. Die
3. Exit the game and view the replay
4. View any point after your death
