Compatability issues with "too-many-shortcuts" mod, making the keybinds shortcut button disappear

Clear and Consise description of the issue

What happened?
When the too-many-shortcuts mod is used, the "Debug Keybinds..." button from the Controls settings menu disappears (See image)

What did you expect to happen?
The "Debug Keybinds..." button to still be accessible from the vanilla controls menu.

Steps to reproduce the issue:
Install the too-many-shortcuts mod (https://modrinth.com/mod/too-many-shortcuts) with this mod, go into Options > Controls, and see that the Debug Keybinds button is missing.

Mod Information

Minecraft version: 1.21.4
Mod version: 14.0.0
Other relevant mods: Tested on a fresh installation with only Debug Keybind, too-many-shortcuts, BoxLib, and Fabric API installed and it still occurs.

Seems to have been fixed in v0.0.8 of Too Many Shortcuts
