Ways to remove dye from Floaty Scarfs

As it's possible to cycle through the different colour positions on the Floaty Scarf, having the ability to remove dye from a specific part of it by using a cauldron filled with water should also be possible.

Value of Proposition

Dyed equipment usually gets their colour completely reset when put into a water cauldron. This isn't the case with the Floaty Scarf, as there is no means to remove its dye, and as it can support multiple differing colours, having the choice to choose which colours to reset is very nice.

It's already possible to remove a specific color by putting a Water Bucket with a Floaty Scarf in a crafting table. I'll also implement the cauldron method to remove all dyes from a floaty scarf.
