Bug Report

The Gentle Wind only functions properly in the Overworld. It does not attack targets in other dimensions, no matter whether the player is the aggressor or victim. Additionally, it only attacks if the accessory is equipped after entering the Overworld.

To reproduce:

  1. Obtain and equip a Floaty Scarf in the Overworld.
  2. Observe it attacking properly.
  3. Enter another dimension.
  4. Observe it refusing to uncoil from around its owner's neck.
  5. Return to the Overworld.
  6. Observe the same behavior until the accessory is removed and reequipped.
